This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) governs the processing of personal data by AbateIQ on behalf of customers.
AbateIQ processes data solely to provide its platform and related services.
AbateIQ may use cloud infrastructure providers. All subprocessors are required to maintain appropriate security controls.
AbateIQ assists customers in responding to data subject requests where applicable.
AbateIQ will notify customers without undue delay upon discovery of a data breach.
Data will be deleted upon request or termination of services, subject to legal requirements.
